ADDITIONAL REMINDERS

  • A non-refundable $200 deposit is due 15 days after receiving your invoice. This deposit is counted toward your total package cost. 

​

  • In order to travel to Barbados and take part in the festival, all guests must have a valid passport that expires a minimum of 3 months beyond your date of arrival.  You are also required to have a minimum of one empty passport page as well.  For more information on how to obtain a passport please click here.

 

  • Airfare is NOT included in the prices quoted. Contact us if you would like to get estimates on fares to plan your budget.

  • Hotel accommodation is NOT included in quoted prices. Mayhem246 provides a list of suggested hotels and airbnb locations on our website. If you have questions about hotel suggestions or areas, feel free to reach out. Mayhem246 is not responsible for booking hotels or flights.

  • Travel Insurance is recommended.
